SPECIAL FITMENT & INSTALLATION

• The 8HP transmission fits M5X/S5X engines almost directly, but the starter motor requires a spacer.

• An N55 8HP flexplate must be mounted on your engine to allow proper torque converter installation.

• The starter motor is spaced out to achieve correct engagement with the starter ring gear.
