This Distance Sales Contract applies to all online sales made through the website prosakperformans.com.tr, operated by Ali Taha SAK.
1. Products Subject to Sale
- Automotive spare parts and accessories
- Vehicle-specific intake manifolds and performance parts
- Some products are custom-made or modified specifically for the consumer; the right of withdrawal does not apply to such products
2. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer / EFT / Cash / Credit Card
- Cash on delivery is not available
3. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Times:
- In-stock products: Maximum 10 business days
- Out-of-stock products: 15–20 business days production and delivery period
Shipping Companies:
- Domestic shipments: Sürat Kargo
- International shipments: DHL, FedEx, UPS
Shipping Fees:
- Domestic shipments: Paid by the buyer
- International shipments: Shipping cost is determined based on the delivery address and covered by our company
4. Right of Withdrawal
- There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or modified products
5. Return / Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are possible if the product is damaged during shipping
Return Procedure:
- The customer must submit detailed photos clearly showing the damage
- The company reviews the photos and approves the return or exchange
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- All products are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in reinforced cardboard boxes
- Return shipping costs are covered by the company
6. Warranty and Liability
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
- Warranty remains valid unless there is a mechanical misuse or external intervention
- If an undetected defect is found, the product will be replaced by our company
- Defective products are not knowingly shipped to customers

- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

- Products are not accepted for return after delivery
Exchange Policy
- Products that are damaged or have manufacturing defects may be exchanged
- Exchange requests must be submitted with detailed photos of the product
- Exchange is processed after inspection and approval
- Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the company

- It is recommended to issue a damage report at the time of delivery if damage is detected
